This conference aims to increase counsellor’s knowledge and competences in addressing difficult issues with their clients, particularly those needing to make succession plans or take action to adjust / exit from unviable situations such as insolvency and bankruptcy. It will also consider the role and boundaries of counsellors supporting clients in complex situations and consider ways to engage clients in achieving positive outcomes.
